WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Warranty policy:

  • Free warranty within 1 year from the date of purchase with the defects from manufacturer.

  • Charged warranty with the defects caused during use.

Return policy:

  • Glasses frame can be returned within 15 days from the receiving date.

  • Glasses with custom lenses are not eligible for return policy.

  • Customers will receive 100% of the paid amount when returning the product.

Return conditions:

  • Returned products (including frames and demo lenses) must be intact, unused, scratched, warped, and fully packaged.

  • The exchanged product must be the same model number, can be the same color or the other color.

  • For return/exchange product, please contact Baro Optic in advance for instructions.

Return/exchange fee:

  • Exchange fee (2 ways) will be paid by customers.

  • Return fee: With defects from manufacturer - the fee will be paid by Baro Optic; Other reasons - the fee will be paid by customers.

BAROCARE POLICY:

If the glasses are broken within 6 months from the date of purchase, customers can exchange a new one at a cost by 30% of the purchased order value.

SHIPPING POLICY

​1. Baro Optic provides worldwide delivery service, applying to customers who purchase on Website, Fanpage and Instagram. Orders will be delivered to the address given by the customer through the intermediary shipping company.

2. With the orders sent to Korea:

  • Fast shipping: 400.000VND/order - Receive goods after 5 working days

  • Normal shipping: 100.000VND/order - nReceive goods after 1-2 working weeks

  • Free shipping with orders above 4.000.000VND using fast shipping and above 2.000.000VND using normal shipping.

3. All orders in Vietnam will be free shipped. For international orders, flat rate shipping is 350.000VND. With order above 2.500.000VND, it will be free- shipped.  

4. Customers in Vietnam will receive the order within 2-7 working days depending on the areas, and 15-20 days for international customers.

5. The above delivery time is for reference only, in fact may fluctuate sooner or later depending on product inventory status, delivery address and some objective conditions that Baro Optic can not control (Example: natural disasters, floods, vehicle damage ...)

6. To get the information or status of your order, please inbox fanpage or call the hotline number, provide name, phone number to check.

7. When the goods are delivered to you, please check that the quantity and type of goods delivered are correct or not. Please keep your shipping receipt for comparison.
